The Role:
As a Secondary English Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.
* Teach across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 (A-Level), depending on experience.
* Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical analysis.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.
* Support and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curricula and innovative teaching practices.
About You:
We are seeking a passionate educator who:
* Holds a degree in English or a related field and a teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
* Has experience teaching English at the secondary level, with a proven track record of student success.
* Possesses excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to continuous professional development.
* Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
