Project and Service Support Officer- Band 4 - Fixed Term/Secondment till 28.02.26 - 37.5 hours
The post-holder will support the implementation, delivery, and management of the business applications across the entire Tameside and Glossop Health and Social Care Integrated Care Organisation (ICO) during core hours of 08:00 to 18:00.
The Project Administrator and Service Support Officer play an important role in ensuring effective deployment and support of clinical and business applications in support of the Trusts Digital strategy.
You will be responsible for supporting the roll out of new digital systems. This includes providing advice and support to new users so that they can use systems effectively for the benefit of patients and colleagues.
You will gather feedback from clinical teams and bring it into the Project team so that learning and development needs can be identified and, further training or system changes are provided as needed. You will support with any process changes that are needed because of implementing digital systems, working with colleagues to ensure they are embedded.
