My client, a dynamic and growing consultancy, provides a range of HR Services to international client base.
They are looking to expand by recruiting a Junior HR Advisor to join their team of HR professionals who provide generalist services on HR matters including ER activity, salaries and benefits, recruitment, terms and conditions, policies and procedures and other guidance to keep clients legally compliant.
This role offers lots of variety and an interesting range of HR challenges. As well as providing HR services, there are also a number of developmental projects to get involved in this is a really exciting time to join the team!
Candidates should be grad/grad calibre, have CIPD qualification (or be studying toward it) must have HR experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering best practice HR. The personal skill set for this role includes exemplary organisational/ interpersonal/ communication skills, the ability to work with pace and volume, a confident, pro-active approach, plus the the ability to develop credible relationships with a wide range of people.
