Your tasks
* You will provide second level support in the service desk by diagnosing IT fault messages in the hardware and software area (incident management)
* You accept incoming reports via the ticket system, document, categorize and prioritize them and complete the processing or, if necessary, forward them to the responsible second level support unit according to the escalation levels
* You will be responsible for maintaining the asset and configuration management for rolled-out and moved-in IT workstation devices
* You are responsible for installing and updating the operating software on notebooks
* You are the contact person for users by phone, e-mail and ticket system
* You manage the IT workstation equipment in regional responsibility and coordinate the rollout and rollback of the IT workstation devices at the responsible locations
What you bring with you
* Completed university/university of applied sciences studies (diploma FH/BA or Bachelor) in computer science, business informatics or IT management or completed training in the field of IT and completed further training as an IT business administrator or comparable qualification, e.g. health insurance specialist with experience in the field of responsibility
* Thorough knowledge of the integration of information technology into the work organization as well as special knowledge in the field of IT service management
* Comprehensive skills in the use of Office software, ideally also in the use of IKK standard software, as well as the add-on products in the field of work
* Ready-to-use knowledge of working with ticket systems (e.g. Remedy, Service Portal from ServiceNow) and IT services in the service sector
* Ideally knowledge of relevant service regulations, work instructions, etc.
* Personal strengths are a friendly and engaging demeanor, commitment to cooperation and, in particular, an independent and structured way of working
* Possession of a class B driving license
