Homebased with frequent travel to the East of England region and occasional travel to the London Office in Kings Cross

We are now looking for a Charity Relationship Manager to join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract for one year.
The role is known internally as Regional Manager - East of England.

The Role
As a Charity Relationship Manager, you will represent the Foundation in the East of England, supporting our mission to empower small and local charities, people, and communities.
Specifically, you will build trusted relationships with organisations, advocate for charity partners, helping them overcome challenges and develop their skills, and identify opportunities for collaborative learning and best practice sharing.
You will also contribute to the delivery and improvement of grant making process as well as share insights, knowledge, and learning to shape the Foundations strategy and support its relationship with Lloyds Banking Group, ensuring regional needs are considered.
About You
To be considered as a Charity Relationship Manager, you will need:
- Experience working with or in the voluntary, community, or social enterprise sector
- Experience partnering with small charities to identify and work on their development goals and priorities
- The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with charities and stakeholders
- A good understanding of the operating environment in the East of England
- Strong networks and connections within the region
- The ability to adapt, be flexible, and respond to changing needs
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Please note, this role will require travel across the East of England region and occasionally to the London Office in Kings Cross.
