We are looking for an Events Administrator to join our client's team in order to provide administrative support with the day-to-day running of their events and projects. The successful candidate will partake in projects of different sizes and will involve direct contact with clients, delegates, and suppliers.
Our client has indicated that they are open to candidates at all levels of experience, however prior experience in another administrative position is desired. We are also keen to speak to candidates looking for part-time and full-time positions. If you are well-organised with great attention to detail, able to work as a team player and independently, and able to remain resilient under pressure, then we would love to speak with you.
Please note this position is paying a salary up to £25k. This will also be a fully office-based role in our client's Dunstable office, and candidates would ideally need to be a driver due to the location of the office.
Duties:
1. Provide assistance to the project lead and pitch team with proposals by researching ideas, offering administrative support, and inputting budgets.
2. Support the project lead and team by assisting in taking briefs, meeting agendas, and content report creation.
3. Prepare and schedule post-event debriefs including clients, internal departments, and suppliers.
4. Assist the project lead in scheduling, researching, and developing creative solutions and concepts, ensuring client brand guidelines are applied consistently across all aspects of the project.
5. Work with colleagues to create a 'one team' mentality, by providing mentorship to new and existing Event Administrators by positively contributing to team meetings.
6. All other duties that are deemed appropriate to the role.
