Delivery Service Partners (DSP) Recruiting Coordinator, Last Mile Account Management

We are looking for a DSP Recruiting Coordinator who will take a key role in recruiting Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). The DSP program is designed to offer entrepreneurs an opportunity to establish a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Driving efforts to convert from leads to applications.
2. Screening and evaluating the applications submitted.
3. Contacting candidates to offer support.
4. Arranging interviews and handing qualified DSP candidates to Business Development Managers.
5. Working with the Business Intelligence team to automate the recruiting metrics.
6. Focusing on process improvement to increase productivity as a team.
7. Adopting best practices and new processes in the DSP recruiting practice from worldwide to Japan for the selection of qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and has demonstrated excellent communication skills. The DSP Recruiting Coordinator is the first point of contact to interface with the DSP candidates and spends a great amount of time communicating with various stakeholders throughout the organization. Therefore, professionalism and an ability to build relationships of trust with the candidates and stakeholders are critical.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Excel
- Fluent level of Japanese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Conversational level of English
