The Role: They are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Audit Business Partner to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the business by identifying areas for training and improvement through meticulous auditing of commercial and personal lines policies. The ideal candidate will produce scoring and guidance notes, provide actionable feedback to managers and individuals, and work collaboratively to detect and address common themes and trends. Key Responsibilities: Audit and Evaluation: Conduct weekly audits of commercial and personal lines electronic policy files and digital call recordings, completing an audit matrix. Reporting: Produce detailed reports and scores for each audit, combining technical, regulatory, and internal KPIs. Feedback: Provide scoring feedback and recommend actions to managers and, where appropriate, directly to individuals. Monthly Reports: Generate comprehensive monthly audit reports in the agreed format. Trend Analysis: Engage with the business to identify common themes and trends, agreeing on resultant actions. Complaint Investigation: Assist in investigating complaints and agreeing on appropriate actions. Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in insurance laws, regulations, and industry practices. Core Competencies: Insurance Knowledge: Advanced understanding of various insurance classes Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance. Soft Skills: Proficient in new business and quotations, renewals, MTA, accounting, claims, and processing using Open GI and Applied Epic systems. Strong in Microsoft products, presentation, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Regulations and Compliance: Knowledgeable in Health & Safety Regulations, GDPR regulations, negotiating, sales, compliance regulations, coaching, training, motivation, and performance management.
