Main Responsibilities:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within technology or renewable energy.
* Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
* Proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates through headhunting, referrals, and industry networking.
* Managing and negotiating the end-to-end offer process to secure placements.
* Mentoring and coaching junior consultants, helping to drive team success.
* Driving business development efforts to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
Key Skills Required:
* Proven track record in recruitment.
* Strong business development and client management skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
