About the role Provide support to the company in respect of all finance matters and report directly to the finance director. Support the company’s corporate objectives and ensure accounts are accurate, up to date and comply with government regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Processing of suppliers’ invoices. · Processing and collection of sales invoices. · Respond and resolve queries with customers in relation to their invoices. · Monitoring of the finance inbox. · Posting accounting journals and reconciliations to assist the finance department at month end. · Assist in other areas of the business in respect of all finance matters. · Provide system documentation as required. · Assist with ad-hoc reporting. · Other duties as assigned. About you We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, with positive attitude and have: · At least 1 year experience in a similar role. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs. · Ability to work as part of the team. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
