About the Role:
You’ll work closely with pupils aged 7–16 who present with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. You’ll play a crucial role in helping them engage with learning in a way that’s tailored to their individual needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Offering 1:1 and small group support both inside and outside the classroom
Supporting learners with emotional regulation, communication, and academic engagement
Assisting in the creation of resources and learning activities
Helping maintain a calm, structured learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and specialists to deliver personalised education plans
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN
A calm, resilient approach and a positive attitude

A genuine interest in inclusive education and student wellbeing
Why This Role?
This is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to be a consistent, encouraging presence in the lives of young people who need it most. You'll receive a competitive day rate, the possibility of a long-term position, and access to professional development through a highly supportive agency and school team.
