FUNCTIONS
To ensure the correct quality and environmental management of the company's activities, supervising, coordinating, and participating in the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems, ensuring legal compliance and customer satisfaction.
Develop an excellent safety culture by resource allocation, implementing, and maintaining processes aligned with HSQE management system requirements.
Responsibilities include:
1. HSQE legal compliance audits
2. Development and adaptation of risk assessments and work instructions according to local legislation
3. Identification and compliance with legal and customer requirements
4. Development and delivery of HSQE training
5. Maintenance and continuous improvement of HSQE management systems under ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015
6. Supporting and leading preventive culture and HSQE campaigns
7. Managing HSQE aspects in company projects
8. Supporting tendering and contract revisions related to HSQE
9. Reporting and collaborating with the global HSQE team
10. Managing PPE relevant to company activities
11. Auditing subcontractors on HSQE matters
12. Ensuring proper reporting and investigation of accidents
13. Controlling calibrated tools and waste management according to legislation
Requisites:
* At least 5 years of experience in an HSQE role, preferably in construction, electrical, or renewable energy sectors
* IOSH / NEBOSH Certificate
* Training in ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015
* Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
* Willingness to travel
* Valid driving license
