As a PA, you will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and provide support to the management team as they execute events, training, and other key activities. This position is based in Bedford with a part-time schedule, ideally four days a week. Role Responsibilities: Provide full administrative and operational support to the management team and departments. Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, including training sessions, conferences, and client meetings. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Help with the preparation and logistics of events, including organising venues, materials, and catering. Maintain office supplies and assist with other administrative tasks as required. Handle ad-hoc tasks and errands to support the team in event execution and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects. Essential Skills and Key Competencies: Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing schedules, events, and documents. IT Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software; familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively address challenges and find efficient solutions. Collaboration: Strong team player who can work well with various internal teams and departments. Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and "get stuck in" as needed to support team activities. Flexibility: Ability to work evenings or weekends when required, particularly around busy events and launches.
