We are looking for an experienced Performance or Contracts Manager to lead an existing, and growing portfolio of commissioned employability contracts.
Overview:
Working for a national youth charity, you will work alongside the Head of Contracts to oversee a portfolio of commissioned contracts, analyse performance and drive improvements to ensure success.
A typical week:
* Manage contract & operational performance
* Oversee & monitor all commissioned income budgets
* Develop & improve systems, processes & reports
* Analyse & report on contract outcomes
You will need the following:
* Public sector contract management experience
* Knowledge of commissioned income & tendering processes
* Confident communication & presentation skills
* Car driver with vehicle
