The Role: Full-Time Commitment: Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:30pm, working during term-time only. SEND Support: Work closely with students with SEND, providing one-to-one assistance and support for small group sessions to help each child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside teachers and other school staff to implement effective learning plans and provide a nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support for students with SEND needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their learning goals. Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, using creative strategies and resources to engage children in their learning. Assist with the preparation and delivery of classroom activities, ensuring an inclusive and positive environment. Monitor and record students' progress, working with teachers and SEND coordinators to adapt learning plans as needed. Build trusting relationships with children, encouraging their independence, confidence, and well-being.
