This is an exciting opportunity to provide a comprehensive administrative and support function to the Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme Team. This role will work collaboratively with members of the system Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme, health and social care system wide partners and staff system wide to make a direct and positive contribution to the smooth organisation of the system Learning Disabilities and Autism programme.
It is essential that independent judgement and initiative is used and appropriate action is taken to ensure the positive promotion of the image of Coventry and Warwickshire's Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme whilst supporting its values and vision.
As Project Administrator for Coventry and Warwickshire’s Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme you will be expected to:
1. Provide a comprehensive administrative and project support function to the Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme Manager and Coventry and Warwickshire’s Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme, in order to maintain an effective and efficient service.
2. Work collaboratively with other members of the programme including, education, health and social care system wide partners, and experts by experience, to make a direct and positive contribution to the smooth organisation of the Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme.
3. Exercise independent judgement and initiative, taking appropriate action to ensure the positive promotion of the image of Coventry and Warwickshire’s Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme whilst supporting its values and vision.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience of providing support to more than one individual, or for a programme of work. This role is located in Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, but works alongside the Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme manager on behalf of Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System (ICS).
