Key Responsibilities: • Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people. • Encourage and support children and young people in their education, social, and leisure activities. • Work as part of a team to develop and implement care plans and risk assessments tailored to each child's needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records • Support children and young people with their daily routines • Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people. • Act as a positive role model, promoting independence, self-esteem, and resilience in children and young people. • Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities as required.
