Personal Customer Advisor
Temporary to permanent. £11.44 per hour
Our client, a reputable Medicas company based in Liverpool, Merseyside, is seeking aPersonal Customer Advisor. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who have a genuine passion for assisting patients and providing exceptional customer service. This isn't your average call centre job; it's an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers on a monthly basis over the telephone using a diary system.
* Conducting stock checks and ordering medical equipment as required.
* Collaborating with Doctors’ surgeries and pharmacies.
* Handling inbound enquiries professionally.
* Performing accurate data entry and order placements.
* Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
Skills and Experience
* Available to start 6 January 2025.
* Proven success in a customer service or call centre role.
* Experience with patients, Doctors’ surgeries, or pharmacies is preferred.
* Commitment to a 12-week temp-to-perm role.
