Job Description\n\nAdministration Assistant\n\nLocation: New Hall Hospital, Salisbury\n\nHours: 24 hours per week, Part-time\n\nSalary: Depending on experience + Benefits\n\nSummary:\n\nNew Hall Hospital is one of Wiltshire's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Situated in 14 acres of quiet, landscaped parkland two miles south of Salisbury, the Georgian Manor House was opened as a hospital in 1980 and currently has 32 patient beds.\n\nBy investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements.
The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy.\n\nThe role:\n\nWe currently have a great new opportunity for a experienced Administration Assistant to join our Administration team at our New Hall Hospital, based in Salisbury. You will work delivering exceptional standards of administration support across the variety of departments within the Hospital.\n\nThis is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate, including holding experience with Word and Outlook being essential.
