Job summary We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Voice Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT). Main duties of the job To act as the clinical lead for Voice in the adult Speech & Language Therapy department, advancing clinical practice in this area of work and taking a lead in evolving and embedding best practice into clinical practice. To perform highly specialist assessment and treatment of clients with voice disorders. The post holder will be the lead Speech & Language Therapist for the management of voice services across Calderdale and Huddersfield and work closely with colleagues in the ENT team. Educate and train Speech & Language Therapists and qualified and non-qualified healthcare / education staff including medical staff.
