This multinational organisation supplies customers from their 30 sites and operates across Europe and South America. They are a stable and growth-focused organisation, achieved both organically and via acquisitions to expand their capacity. Due to the nature of their products, they run a fast-moving operation supplying products to a range of customers. As part of their organisational culture progression is encouraged and supported, with clear internal training plans for upward movement within the management structure. As a result, they are looking to recruit an Operations Manager with immediate effect. The Role The role of Operations Manager will oversee production on the second biggest site in the organisation. With £30 million revenue generated from this site alone and an expected growth of 20% for 2025, this site stands as a top performer.
