Job Description
Planet Pharma are partnered with one of our leading pharmaceutical clients and we are actively seeking a Senior Specialist, Benefit Operations to join the business on an initial 12 month contract on a 50/50 hybrid basis in Chester.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end operation of benefits programme
2. Communicate benefit plan provisions and processes to staff
3. Document all processes and activities
4. Drive the implementation of new benefits
5. Reviewing and reconciling system generated reports
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent
2. In depth experience in benefits administration
3. General HR knowledge
4. Spanish or Italian language preferred
