Dizions provides specialist cloud CRM software to charities, local authorities and nonprofit organisations under the Charitylog and Crossdata brands. We have over 1,000 clients across the UK, including many familiar names.
About the job
Our friendly, professional customer support team is a core part of our brand, and regularly receives excellent feedback. You'll be one of the first points of contact for clients requiring support using our software. They may have issues, questions or feedback. Our customers are mainly based at charities, councils and other nonprofit organisations, so a familiarity with the nonprofit sector would be an advantage.
The pace is normally quite manageable, with occasional busy periods.
Skills and experience required
1. Excellent listening and communication skills
2. Good at problem-solving, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues and finding solutions
3. Efficient in handling everyday support issues, such as reporting; system errors
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
5. Well-organised and able to prioritise issues
6. Confident learning new skills
7. Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
8. Able to work as part of a team
9. A working knowledge of CRMs
10. Familiarity with how nonprofit organisations or local authorities work
£24,500 a year paid monthly in arrears (3-month probationary period)
Job type and working pattern
Full-time, permanent, Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm. You'll normally work in the office Weds and from home on the other days. The successful candidate should also expect to work from the office for occasional social events or other work-related commitments if required.
