Senior Experiential Account Executive role at a destination marketing agency, delivering experiential activations for clients in retail, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, with a focus on campaign project management, supplier and logistics management, and client management.
You'll be responsible for the seamless project delivery and implementation of insight-driven, creative experiential activations that engage and excite clients and consumers alike. This includes:
* Campaign project management – ensuring that no balls are dropped, all committed timings, budgets and deadlines are met, and the quality of activations is to a high standard.
* Supplier and logistics management – maintaining our database of potential suppliers; researching, negotiating terms and costs, quoting, purchasing and booking everything needed to deliver our activations.
* Pre-event campaign delivery – working closely with internal marketing, creative and PR teams, as well as external suppliers, to find new ways to engage the target audience then develop and produce experiential marketing activations per the agreed strategic direction.
* On the day campaign delivery – being a calm and supportive presence on activation day(s), training and working closely with external promotional staff and talent, to ensure the smooth running of activities and events.
* Client management – being a key point of contact for your client, managing their expectations (rather than agreeing to unrealistic requests) and building strong, productive relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
You'll be managing and delivering smaller scale campaigns from end to end with minimal input from senior team members, as well as supporting our Experiential Account Director with large scale campaigns.
We're looking for a multi-skilled experiential marketer with 4+ years of similar agency experience. Experience delivering activations in the retail, fashion and/or lifestyle sectors will also stand you in good stead!
We're looking for someone who:
* Has hands-on experience of experiential marketing and has been taking the lead on small scale activations and events for clients.
* Is capable of producing client-worth work with little or no amends from an Account Director.
* Isn't afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things.
* Is focused on delivering razor sharp results and tangible outcomes, and making a positive impact on our clients, colleagues and the wider community.
* Wholeheartedly loves Experiential Marketing. Works hard to deliver results and is enthusiastic about creating an environment where you, and your colleagues, thrive.
* Is fun, friendly and driven to use your heart as well as your head.
