The Company
The Business is one of the world's biggest names in the Food and Drinks Manufacturing Industry, supplying fully bespoke Process Plant and Packaging Solutions to factories across the globe. With nearly 90 years of experience, the business continues to be at the forefront of innovation and technology.
The Business has over 80 Engineers operating across the UK, divided into Regional Service Teams and Specialist National Teams. Thanks to their continued growth, the business is looking to add an additional 10 Engineers across both Divisions.
The Role
The Field Service Engineers will work as part of the Process Packaging Division, specializing in the supply of fully automated manufacturing equipment for the Food & Beverage sector. Supplying to some of the UK's biggest food producers, all equipment is fully bespoke and designed to meet the customer's needs.
Day to day, the role will be a mix of breakdowns and service equipment, with some new installations. Hands-on work will be an equal split between electrical and mechanical tasks.
The Service Teams were divided into Regional Teams 5 years ago to give Engineers a better work-life balance by eliminating the need to travel UK wide and for nights away, while also ensuring Engineers can be onsite with customers within a few hours.
The business will provide full training on their equipment, which will include training at their UK Head Office, plus at their International Head Office in Germany, followed by three months of field-based training alongside one of their Senior Engineers.
Thanks to the training provided, the business is happy to consider candidates from any Automated Electromechanical Service or Maintenance background.
The Candidate
1. Must have a recognised Electrical Engineering qualification
2. Must have prior experience working on Electromechanical Equipment
3. Must have a valid UK driving license
