Job Description
Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a dynamic hub of innovation, consistently pushing the boundaries across land, sea, and air. Our project portfolio is unparalleled. Beyond the groundbreaking RB17 Hypercar and the Red Bull-commissioned submarine, we actively partner with the KTM Moto GP Team and collaborate with Alinghi Red Bull Racing in their America’s Cup campaign. Drawing on Formula One expertise and precision, we elevate the AC75 Racing Yacht and revolutionize Moto GP aerodynamics.
We’re looking for a Parts & Logistics Operations Coordinator to support the RBAT departments in all parts & logistics aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To coordinate end to end part management services from goods in, distribution, storage & supply through to customer delivery.
2. To organise in a timely & efficient manner, the supply of parts to the Manufacturing & Assembly departments in line with business system priority requests, frequency, and content accuracy.
3. Be responsible for the safe storage of key components and assemblies, whether in storage or travel, and be involved in consistently looking to improve these requirements.
4. To ensure warehouse locations are regularly audited to safeguard stock accuracy.
5. To carry out live revision & obsolescence management of all stock, ensuring only the part and assemblies held in stock are to design intent, ensuring all parties are adhering to the set standards & advising the team where required.
6. To represent, manage and continuously improve the parts & logistic processes, business systems and assist in personnel development, ensuring the team operate to the highest standards.
7. To coordinate and manage operational capacity in support of supply service requirements.
Key Competencies:
1. Computer literate and competent to work within Microsoft office, ERP and MRP business systems.
2. The role will include occasional unsociable hours.
3. The role is factory based but may require occasional travel.
4. To understand and respect the confidentiality of Company Intellectual Property, Assets, Procedures and Operational Structure always.
5. To always work in a professional manner, be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department & wider team in line with the company handbook.
6. Display and uphold company values & goals key to operating a cohesive team.
