We’re looking for a Payroll Data Support Specialist to join us in Bradford or Reading on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
This is an exciting opportunity to support on the ongoing assistance of UK payrolls across our payroll systems platforms.
Sitting within the People Systems Team, you will work with the Payroll Systems Manager in proactively monitoring data between multiple systems and integrations to ensure the final payroll data is correct.
This will be a wide-ranging role covering support needs as necessary and will also include compliance and change governance.
What will you be doing?
• Pro-actively auditing and reconciliation of payroll data.• Daily management of the incident management queue.• Respond to specialist payroll systems queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution.• Work closely with the People Services and Oracle ERP teams to prioritise systems enhancements.• Support data uploads between Oracle, Success Factors and external providers.• Generate business requirement documents that enable efficient and effective solutions to be built and review solution design documents against requirements, collaborating with ERP teams to ensure they meet customer requirements.• Support on existing and new payroll implementation.• Provide guidance on key Oracle Fusion data and integrations to other systems.• Ad-hoc continuous improvement activities.• Ad-hoc support the wider People Systems Team on incident management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as and when required.• Payroll activities relating to data and reporting.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
• Experience within a similar system support / analyst role OR experience of working with payroll data.• Hands-on reporting experience using Oracle Fusion and EBS modules.• Experience working with large data populations and sensitive people data.• Ability to manage own workload and conflicting priorities.• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of end-to-end Payroll Processing.• Worked on previous data integration projects.
