About the role The Coordinator - Wellness is instrumental in shaping and delivering impactful Allied Health and Fitness programs within Councils Aquatics and Leisure facilities. This role is dedicated to fostering a culture of health and wellness by managing and optimising the delivery of our Wellness services. By leading a skilled team of Allied Health and Fitness professionals, the Coo rdinator - Wellness e nsures that our programs are both innovative and effective, meeting the diverse needs of our members and contributing to their overall well-being. Essential criteria Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, or experience in fitness or allied health industries Demonstrated experience in leading a team, with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and consult. Current NSW Working with Children Check Desirable criteria Experience in collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Previous experience in monitoring feedback and participation in activities and initiatives to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Proven ability to network and build partnerships with various stakeholders Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $90,063.00 - $104,251.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation, and will be negotiated commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant. This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
