We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to support company director in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and administrative efficiency within the office environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
* Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members when required.
* Support the team with various office duties to ensure an efficient working environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining high standards of work.
