Experienced Credit Controller required on a temporary basis for a Client in Exeter.
Experience required:
* Previous experience with Sage 50
* Contacting customers for payments via telephone and email
* Taking incoming calls and processing card payments over the phone
* Passing any service queries to the relevant department
* Sending copy invoices and statements
* Contacting customers regarding returned direct debits
* Emailing customers to advise direct debits have been set up
You will also get trained on the admin/customer service team for peak periods and holiday cover.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (37.5 hours per week).
As this is a temporary role, candidates will need to be available to start ASAP after interviewing.
