Poole Central Primary Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking GP to join our PCN Enhanced Care Team focusing on acute and complex frailty within a community and care home setting and the unique opportunity to work across the 5 practices that make up the PCN. The role is offered on a sessional basis, and we are open to full-time, part time or a flexible working pattern to fit with personal/family commitments. Sessional rate offered at ARRS maximum reimbursable rate (excl. employer oncosts) with a shortened clinical requirement and additional bonus of time for self-directed study, to be taken at the individuals preferred time. This would be on an initial temporary basis for 6 months, but with a view to a permanent role once NHS England have confirmed funding for these ARRS roles for 2025/26.
