Our well-established food supply client based in Canning Town is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Support professional to join their Procurement Department on a 3 to 6-month contract. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support within the Procurement Department, assisting with data entry, system updates, order processing, and inventory management. Your SAP experience will be key in ensuring smooth processes and accurate record-keeping across procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team
2. Manage and process data within SAP, including stock updates and order tracking
3. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers
4. Process orders, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely communication with suppliers and internal teams
5. Assist in reporting and data analysis using SAP tools
