This is an exciting new role supporting the administration and coordination of the undergraduate medical education programme at The Lister Hospital in Stevenage, due to continued improvements and expansion of activities.
We are looking for a team player and an individual highly organised with a keen eye for attention to detail and thrive in a busy working environment. You will have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication and IT/administration skills.
You will work alongside a friendly and committed team of medical education administrators, managers, clinical skills tutors, programme leads and directors.

You will provide high quality coordination and administration to the undergraduate medical education department. This will include facilitating the effective delivery of undergraduate medical induction, placement timetables, learning events and supervision and support arrangements in liaison with the Undergraduate Lead, Tutors, and Supervisors.
You will be required to work under the guidance of the Deputy Medical Education Manager and Undergraduate Lead, managing own workload, to effectively deliver a range of administrative duties, sometimes with competing demands and of a sensitive and confidential nature.
