On behalf of Royal London, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Target Operating Model for an initial 12-month contract, based hybrid in Edinburgh. Purpose of the Role: The Chief Operating Office is undergoing a significant transformation with a new Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation, cybersecurity upgrades, and the introduction of new CRM systems. As part of a large-scale restructuring initiative, the Business Analyst will play a key role in overseeing the transition and aligning operations with the new TOM value streams. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in TOM implementation, restructuring processes, and operational efficiency improvements. The Business Analyst will contribute to the smooth and effective implementation of the new operating model, focusing on organizational realignment, role mapping, and process redesign to ensure the business adapts efficiently to future operational needs. As a Business Analyst - Target Operating Model, you will be responsible for: Leading the analysis and documentation of business processes in alignment with the new TOM. Overseeing the implementation of new value streams and business workflows within the TOM framework. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the new model supports strategic business goals and operational efficiency improvements. Facilitating the mapping of existing roles to new TOM structures, ensuring clarity and alignment. Ensuring that organizational changes align with the company's objectives and future operational vision. Working alongside cross-functional teams including security engineers, developers, testers, and proposition analysts to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and processes within the TOM. What we require from the candidates: Proven experience in TOM implementation and large-scale restructuring projects. Advanced in analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced in using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards. Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles. Proficient interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships. Proficient in managing own workload and supporting colleagues. Communicates effectively verbally and in written format.
