Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Operations Finance and Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract. Please find a description of the role below.
Rate: £14.65 (umbrella/limited)
Contract: 3 months ongoing.
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Job Description:
1. Check invoices to ensure the goods have been received and the invoice details are correct and coded accurately.
2. Batch the invoices for authorisation.
3. Record invoices paid within the required procedure.
4. Work with suppliers/contractors to ensure invoices are received in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with Managers to provide financial information for budget monitoring and billing.
6. Provide administrative support services to Vision Products as required.
7. Update e-forms as required on the Vision system.
8. Assist the Management Team in the coordination of leave/absences across the team.
9. Update management information systems as required.
10. Manage the booking of the meeting/demonstration room at Pontyclun.
11. Undertake reception duties as required.
12. Liaise with all internal and external customers (both written and verbal) on matters relating to payment and invoice queries.
