We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in Cambridge.
What you'll do:
1. Assist in the preparation and submission of Applications for Payment to the Client.
2. Support forecasting and reporting activities, including budget management and Estimate at Completion (EAC) calculations.
3. Ensure timely contract management through CEMAR, providing comprehensive support to the Client.
4. Manage relationships with Clients and Supply Chain partners effectively.
5. Oversee allocated Control Accounts with site teams, including value drawdowns, out-turn forecasts, and spend profiling.
6. Maintain accurate cost records and ensure agreement with National Highway Site Representatives on reported costs.
