The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* A degree from a top UK University
* Have experience teaching at the Primary level, ideally across Key Stage 1 or 2
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to raising educational standards
* Be enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on students' learning
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work collaboratively within a supportive team of educators
