Our Apprenticeship programme offers the opportunity for both face-to-face and virtual training to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role. You'll pick up the ropes from a role model who you will shadow and work with for the duration of your apprenticeship. As an Apprentice with us you'll be fully supported to achieve a nationally recognised qualification by the end of apprenticeship with Air Liquide. You will attend college which is funded by the business and the remainder of the time you will be fully supported by an experienced member of the team, learning all about how we deliver outstanding service, making you an expert in your field. We'll also assign you a buddy and assessor to guide you through your day-to-day tasks. Are you organised, logical and process oriented? In this role you will be: Working alongside our Process Team using methodology to process map our current processes Identifying non value adding activities & streamlining processes to ensure the tasks are completed in the most efficient way whilst improving both our Customer & Employee experience. Using Root Cause Analysis to establish why processes are not current effective & putting corrective actions in place to ensure that they are Documenting the processes so that they are clear & concise for all levels of experience Understanding the basics of Change Management & how to deal with the complexities that change can bring Benchmarking best practice, collating feedback from internal customers & using it to review & improve Are you a MATCH?
