We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Sales Administrator to support our clients finance and sales teams. This role combines basic accounting tasks with sales admin duties, offering variety in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
* Assist with accounts payable/receivable and month-end reporting
* Handle sales orders, customer invoicing, and queries
* Maintain records in accounting and CRM systems
* Provide admin support to the sales team
Requirements:
* Experience in accounts or sales admin
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
