Main duties of the job Team Leadership & Training: Manage, train, and appraise admin staff. Administrative Support: Provide flexible secretarial services and cover as needed. Financial Tasks: Process invoices, assist with debt recovery, and monitor income/contracts. Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise training events and take minutes for key meetings. Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and ensure confidentiality. Quality & Compliance: Contribute to audits, follow SOPs, and uphold safety standards. General Admin Duties: Handle correspondence, manage stock, and support daily operations.
