What you’ll be doing
* Provide 24x7 2nd line support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
* Take ownership of your performance, including mandatory training and compliance.
* Excel under pressure, delivering high-quality results even in challenging situations.
* Plan and execute complex changes to ensure sustained service across various products and solutions.
* Share technical knowledge across BMS through continuous improvement processes and coaching.
* Stay updated on changes to existing, emerging, and new technologies to meet business and customer objectives.
Skills we would like to see from you
* Excellent 2nd line IT/technical support experience
* General experience of supporting a broad range of applications including Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, Cloud, Citrix, Azure, AWS, VMWare & Nutanix
* Must be able to obtain SC & NPPV security clearances
* Understanding of the workings of a Service Desk and ITIL aligned processes
* Effective listening skills and excellent attention to detail
