About the Role: Technical Instructor As a technical instructor within the Adult Social Care Reviewing Team, you ll play a critical role in transforming lives by helping individuals achieve and maintain independence. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate individuals' needs and strengths to support their independence. Collaborating with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work closely with professionals across various sectors to ensure holistic care. Promoting Independence: Utilize a strengths-based approach to empower individuals and reduce reliance on care services. Reviewing and Planning: Regularly review care plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of residents, with a focus on promoting long-term well-being and independence. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you ll need: Relevant Experience: You must be experienced in working with individuals in a manner which promotes their independence. Experience in Adult Social Care: A background in community care or a related setting is essential. Knowledge of Relevant Legislation: Understanding of legal frameworks relevant to adult social care, particularly the Care Act 2014.
