What is the role?
Reed Bristol are looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their existing successful team of recruiters, to focus on a permanents insurance financial services desk. The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.
You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, managing candidate timesheets, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to pick up a desk currently billing nearly £60k per annum with huge further growth potential. There are also several existing clients and roles you can instantly hit the ground running with to make this a success.

Who would suit this role?
We are looking for experienced recruiters from any professional specialism or sector, or anyone who has specific insurance, financial services or banking recruitment experience. We would also love to speak to professionals with hands-on experience in any of these sectors, or experienced sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of agency recruitment through knowledge or experience. We are looking for motivated, driven and ambitious self-starters who want to succeed in the lucrative and rewarding world of recruitment. This is not an admin or HR focused role, but a sales driven career.
