Project Manager - 7 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

The “AI Engineering” team at Chubb leads innovation efforts for all business groups across all geographies. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to oversee the progress of a set of global initiatives. He/She will be expected to prepare and present project plans and progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring deadlines are being met and the project is delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Govern projects from planning through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
2. Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
3. Coordinate resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
4. Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
5. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes
6. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
Skills Required
7. 5+ years of project management, business analysis and related experience
8. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
9. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
10. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
11. Excellent analytical skills
12. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as working independently when required.
15. Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
16. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong desire for continuous self-development and a passion for innovation and technology. He/She will have prior project management and business analysis experience, ideally within the digital division of a large, multinational corporation.
