Richmond Hill Academy is seeking to recruit inspirational colleagues in a number of pivotal roles for the ongoing development of the academy. The roles are of great importance to our work in providing outstanding education for the local community.

Business Manager
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the academy’s operations run smoothly, efficiently, and sustainably, supporting the academy’s mission to provide the best possible educational experience for our pupils. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all admin support, finance, premises maintenance, human resources and health and safety within the academy and will advise the Principal and Governing Body on the non-teaching activities of the academy.
Our new Business Manager will:
* In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, lead the management of change within the academy.
* Be routinely involved in complex day-to-day issues and projects, so having excellent time management and organisational skills will be critical.
* Be able to work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines.
* Prepare proposals and costings for projects, initiatives and grants for the Principal and Governing Body and attend whole Governing Body and committee meetings.
* Have management experience, including experience of having successfully led a team.
* Have a relevant level 4 qualification and be willing to work towards Institute of School Business Leaders qualification.
