Job Summary:
The Night Manager oversees hotel operations during the night, ensuring seamless guest experiences, accurate night audits, and security. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire hotel operations during the night to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold the hotels service standards.
* Plan & execute all essential front office dutiesincluding night audits, security walkaround, late check-in.
* Address and attend to all guest inquiries with professionalism.
* Manage the night audit process ensuring accurate accounting & reporting for the day's operations.
* Handle cash management, key control and other security-related responsibilities, ensuring the safety of guests and hotel assets during the night.
* Coordinate with Night Butler, Night Housekeeping & Security team to ensure smooth communication and efficiency for late-night guest needs and operational transitions.
* Apply proactive problem-solving skills to address any guest issues or challenges that arise overnight ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
* Our Ideal Night Manager:
* Has previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably within Marriott and understands 5-star service expectations.
* Possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a guest-first mindset that enhances the night operations of the Front Desk.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working efficiently under pressure while delivering high service standards.
