Large volumes of audio typing from digital dictation, photocopying, filing, answering the telephone, scanning. Support Medical Secretary service subject to service needs cross site at HRI/CRH.

Supporting the Medical Secretaries in Medicine, covering all admin functions including scanning, photocopying, answering the phones, large volumes of audio typing from digital dictation, working with Nurses, and Consultants to deliver admin (subject to service needs) ensuring deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
* English and Math GCSE grade 9-2 (A*-E) or equivalent or high level of literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated within application
* RSA II typing/word processing
* Willing to undertake further development/training
* Understanding of Medical Terminology
Knowledge, experience & expertise
* Experience of working in a busy office environment (to deadlines and targets)
* Knowledge of software packages such as Word, Excel
* Experience of working in an NHS environment
* Experience of working with Winscribe digital dictation
* Knowledge of EPR
Communication & relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
