Key Responsibilities:

* Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for someone with:
* A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
* A registered nurse (NMC) qualification (renal experience is essential).
* Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, in renal care or dialysis.
* In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
* A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
