The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefit Operations Associate to be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This position will be responsible for providing benefits-related support to employees, managers and stakeholders within the HR function across Europe.
Key Objectives
1. Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners, providing high quality HR advice and guidance related to benefits administration with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processes.
2. Manage the day-to-day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in an employees’ life cycle and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple countries in Europe.
3. Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies and tools.
4. Identify process improvements by recognizing issues, process delays, and quality problems, and recommending solutions.
5. Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services FAQ library.
6. Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times.
7. Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience
1. Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
2. Must possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
3. Be able to multitask yet remain detail-oriented with sound time management skills.
4. Experience with Workday, Service Now and Darwin is desirable.
