Interim HR Systems Manager, 5 months - Leading Membership Organisation - £29.03 per hour - London with hybrid working
You will be responsible for the full end-to-end development, integration and maintenance of the People & OD Department's HR and payroll information system. Your key accountabilities will include:
1. Acting as the primary point of contact for all HR Systems projects, initiatives and enhancements
2. Providing expert advice to the People & OD team on the continuous improvement and optimisation of administration processes
3. Partnering with the IT Department and Systems Vendors to design, develop and implement People and Payroll systems
4. Coordinating and providing user training and systems guidance
5. Leading on general database administration and functional configuration of the HR and payroll system
6. Working with the People & OD team to ensure customer satisfaction
You should be an experienced HR Systems Manager with a track record of managing HR and Payroll systems in a large complex organisation. Experience of developing and introducing systems improvements needs to be combined with good project management skills. You need to have worked with iTrent and have strong Excel and Power BI skills.
